Ingredients:
Fractionated Coconut Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil).
Directions:
Easily substitute vegetable oil, butter or margarine with a 1:1 ratio and use this oil in baking and sautéing to temperatures up to 350°F, and in making smoothies, dressings & more! Thanks to its low melting temperature, it is easily combined into any batter or mixture. Can also be used as a skin moisturizer, base oil for aromatherapy massage oils, or in homemade hair serums.
